Firstly, one should be an experienced psychiatrist and/or psychologist in order to properly recognize a certain behavior, personality or personality disorder. Even in that case, psychology is not accepted as an exact science since its scientific base is the mathematical statistics and we all know that correlation does not mean causation. Then, this already non-exact science should be additionally mounted with astronomical data. Namely, a certain celestial configuration which can be ready-read from astronomy ephemerides (no study of space-time here) is noted and joined with a test person. A specific testing hypothesis is then needed, correlating the celestial configuration (on the date of birth, for example) and a person's behavior/personality or personality disorder. For example - If a person's date of birth reads (from ephemeris) that Mars and the Moon are 180 degrees (i.e. pi radians) apart as seen from the Earth, then the person is diagnosed with Narcisisstic Personality Disorder. Or vice versa, another hypothesis is If a person is diagnosed with Narcisisstic Personality Disorder then his chart shows Mars and Moon in opposition (180 degrees apart).
There were some studies on the subject astrology/statistics:
-Statistical analysis of the birth charts of serial killers by Jan Ruis
-The Astrology File: Scientific Proof of the Link Between the Star Signs and Human Behaviour by Gunter Sachs (However, the incorrectness of the conclusions were pinpointed by Dr. Alexander von Eye in Psychology Science, Volume 45, 2003 (1), p. 78-91)
and Michael Gauquelin's work The Truth about Astrology.
So, I think the answer to your question is no for now, but bear in mind that we understand only about 4% of the Universe...
