In other words I would like to know the temporal resolution of DEM data. I`m trying to use for flood analysis but I don`t know if it worth using a DEM from long time ago!!!! I`m not sure but I think it has a very low temporal resolution (maybe years) when compared to Landsat images!!!!!
You can use the SRTM data (which provide a global elevation data of about 30m (1 arc-second) spatial resolution) with the Landsat data. However, it might not be as current as you would prefer. An alternative is to create your own DEM from field survey (laser and radar), digitizing contours and converting, scanning.
Tips: Depending on your research budget, you might prefer to use the available SRTM data. You could read this:

If you require DEM data with long temporal resolution, the best option is to contact the Survey department of your country.
To observe small changes in elevation, you may require high spatial resolution data with high accuracy which can be obtained only from field surveys. You may also try with SRTM or/and ASTER GDEM.
Hi Armstrong. DEM temporal resolution is typically much longer than Landsat imagery due to the effort, and expense, of producing these datasets. Most flood analyses use the most recent DEM available for a given study area; often blending several DEMs from different time periods to achieve the necessary spatial extent. This works fine for many areas that are geomorphically stable. For those that are subject to frequent disturbances and significant channel changes, many of us have begun to acquire our own DEM survey data using SfM-MVS photogrammetry, hand-held laser scanners, total stations, etc. There are also options for satellite-based photogrammetry for very large study areas.

I ended up not performing flood analysis anymore given the difficulties you mentioned (DEM temporal resolution is longer than Landsat or Sentinel's Adam R. Mosbrucker Makinde E. O. Indishe Senanayake ) but still used JAXAS DEM for the research bellow. Please read :)
