As some of my experiments in Chiral HPLC i four peak of compound which contains one chiral centre. after observation i found one -NH group in structure so is it possible to give isomer of due to this nitrogen.
Nitrogen can show chirality when it is quaternary, otherwise you won't see chirality due to rapid inversion of the nitrogen lone pair. In your case with an NH this will not be a chiral centre.
Unfortunately not - in solution the proton is mobile so this won't happen. On the HPLC timescale interchange is rapid and you will not see any chirality.
