How much time does UCPs works, after activated?

I have looking for that but until now i haven't found. After activated for HNEs, superoxide or glutathionylation how long UCPs perform the proton leak? I supposed that UCP1 can work for a long, but the others isoforms? Mostly UCP2 e UCP3, is it possible that it works for hours?
