I have a duplex microstructure including fcc and hcp(epsilon martensite).it seems the fraction of hcp increases during the preparation.i want to know how much this deformation layer can change the phase farction obtained by XRD?

Can you explain what did you do with your sample during sample preparation? Is the observed effect intentional, or didn't you expect it?
The penetration depth depends on the linear absorption coefficient. Of course, you have to consider the different Bragg angle. Therefore, any surface-near gradient (like texture, but also chemical or mechanical transformation) may result to differences for different interferences hkl. This is one reason for XRD to homogenize a powder sample, prevent any preferred orientation, and use Bragg-Brentano geometry.
