I have been searching about the number of different particles in a lentiviral vector (LVV). I found out that it is used 1 pg of Gag protein to produce 10^4 lentiviral vectors. This means an average of 1094 Gag proteins per LVV.

I found information about the gRNA = 2 molecules that have between 7K-8K bp en each LVV.

I also made some calculations and there are 90 molecules (30 spicules) in each LVV.

But I didn't find anything about Pol protein, if anyone could help me with this I would be very greatful.
