How much acetaminophen can consuming in a 24-hour time period, and what its danger?

Maximum daily dose of Acetaminophen should not exceed 4 grams. Some clinical guidelines recommend that Max daily dose should be only 3 grams due to increased cases of acute acetaminophen-induced hepatotoxicity as the result of depletion of glutathione stores from the liver and such toxicity could be reversed and treated by administration of N-acetylcisteine.
