Naveen, bear in mind that MIXED uses (either full or restricted) maximum likelihood estimation (MLE), not ordinary least squares (OLS).  I imagine that is why it does not display sums of squares. 

Why do you want the SS?  If you really need them, you could try saving fitted values & residuals (see the /SAVE sub-command for MIXED) and compute them yourself (via AGGREGATE command).
