Could you suggest me in sharing historical development of statistics subject, especially in Medicine and Epidemiology. There are many methods are proposed, but few only popularized. Is there any source of timeline table on development of statistics (method) and its popularization period (years) and scientist's name.

Not too sure about a resource that specifically talks about why some things are more popular than others though.
You should certinly showcase the work of Florence Nightingale, whose pioneering work in anaysing, graphing and presenting mortality data are a classic example of the use of statistics as a basis for understanding a health problem and improving it.
