Scopus releases the list of scopus indexed journals periodically. Whether do the Scopus revise every year or twice in a year?
Which month do they revise exactly?
Whether the revised list appear in the Scopus home site immediately or not?

Scopus revise citation once per year, but you can see temporary tendencies to Scopus profile every journal.
Scopus removes or adds few journals in a particular period....
I wish to know the exact period
Concluding with the number of citations for the previous year (e.g. 2020), calculated by 30 April of the current year (e.g. 2021) and published by 10 May.
To check the previous statement, you can choose, for example, one of the Journal from the following link:
https://www.elsevier.com/?a=91122
(which was added to Scopus e.g. of September this year) and revised if the Journal exist in the Scopus search engine by clicking at the link:
https://www.scopus.com/sources?zone=TopNavBar&origin=NO%20ORIGIN%20DEFINED
This means that officially list of citation statistics and indexation will start from may next year, for the previous year when the Journal was indexed on Scopus. You can see if it is currently posted on the Scopus by clicking on the first link above (https://www.elsevier.com/?a=91122 ). Document is updated monthly, september is last update.
The update takes place once a year. This is usually May-June. Deleting a journal, adding new ones to the list. Updating quartiles.

It is evaluated on the basis of quality, performance and standard of the journal ie impact factor.
