How many muscle fibers I have to count to have reliable results?

Hi, I am analysing satellite cells (PAX7 positive) by IHC and comparing the diferences between control vs treatment.

To do that, I have to normalize the number of satellite cells to the number of total muscle fibers.

I would like to know the number of muscle fibers that I have to count to have reliable resutlts.

Thank you both for your answers. I will count at minnimum of 100 fibers along the muscle and of course, in different animals for each group.
