How many human proteins are known/predicted to bind NAD(P)+?

I need a reference with a rough estimate.

I am not sure if this is accurate but a quick mine in NCBI (protein) using

((NADP binding[Protein Name] OR (NADP[All Fields] AND binding[All Fields])) AND site[All Fields]) AND "Homo sapiens"[porgn] AND animals[filter]

as main query shows 1914 in which 897 comes from PDB, 299 from RefSeq, 171 from UniProt/SwissProt , 66 EMBL and 359 from GenBank
