I submitted a minor revision for my paper based on the comments by the editor and Reviewers 1 and 2. in Hindawi publisher. It has been over two months, but the status is still displayed as ‘Pending Approval.’ How much more time should I wait for a response?
For a minor revision, the editor may decide to send the revised manuscript to the peer reviewer for a final check or review the manuscript themselves if the changes were indeed minor. Based on this, it may take about two-three weeks for this round of review and for the final decision.

There's no timeframe for this. Just wait, they will communicate to you as they did earlier when you sent for review.
It will depend on the availability of the reviwers and the intergrity of the institution my friend.
Probably longer over the summer break, but two months is not unusual. Reviewers do this in addition to their regular teaching/research/admin responsibilities
This is normal, you need a little patience (patience is the key to success)
It depends on the extent of what you call minor correction. However, maximum of one week is fine to allow thorough work to be done.
