I believe that 24 h fasting is enough for significant depletion of glycogen. I can't be probably complete depletion, because gluconeogenesis will be activated. I have a paper related to the topic, maybe it would be interesing to take a look.
I believe that it will take up to 24 hours. However comlete depletion may not be reached because of gluconeogenesis activation. Physical activity may decrease this time dramatically.
