Hey everyone,

I work with Thiazovivin (TZ, type of Rock inhibitor) on cardiomyocytes cells. Normally, when working with Rock inhibitor (1:1000), incubation of 24h is recommended after passaging. My question is can it be more than 24h?

I want to incubate the cells with a medium that contains TZ for 48h/ 72h, will it change the morphology of the cells or cause any damage?

Thank you in advance
