The assigned Digital Object Identifier (DOI) has been issued once proof reading was submitted by me to journal but here is the question ,how long does springer publication takes for article to assigned particular Volume/Issue/Page Number.

I think that it depend on the journal. My couple of articles bublished by Springer in molecular diversity assigned volumes and page numbers after more than 6 months for each.
