Almost no pain after surgery. Sometimes one can have pain when dust of stone passed through the urine.

The pain is not a factor during the LASER surgical procedure because it is done usually under spinal anesthesia. A mild pain may be felt later on during passing the broken stones through the urethra. That can also be relieved by simple analgesics.
