How long does a BMC based final decision take after a minor revision request by the handling editor only?

After two rounds of review, all the reviewers accepted and the handling editor requested us a "minor review" to be returned within 14 days. Now, it is 2 months now without any response since we returned the revised version of the MS. Is there such a thing?
