I cannot find any reference that deals with the temporal validity of qualitative data. I think there is a gap in the methodological literature on the temporal validity of the research results and, more specifically, the temporal validity of the qualitative research results. Does anyone have any interesting references that I missed? On the one hand, we can consider that the obsolescence of qualitative data is less than that of quantitative data, since when dealing with more structural issues they would be less sensitive than to conjunctural circumstances. But, on the other hand, this would contradict the greater capacity of qualitative methods to capture social changes.
