I am using PEGylated fibronectin to make hydrogels and I noticed some protocols say it can be stored at -20C until use but I was wondering how long it can be stored for?
Instead of checking only the mRNA level, I want to check the active protein level of MMP-1 in Liver tissue from mice. How can I do that?
