How long a working plasmid aliquot can be used? in other way, how long is it stable [After use I store it in -20'C] ?

I have eluted the Plasmid from transformed bacteria with 500ng concentration. How long it can be used? (Based on quality)

For long term storage use TE buffer (10 mM Tris-Cl, pH 7.5; 1 mM EDTA). Keep the plasmid in liquid form at -20C in small aliquots. Multiple freeze-thaw cycle should be avoided. You can use this for several months. If transformation efficiency drops then re-transform it and isolate the plasmid again.
