Dear Ibrahim, your question is not clear and specific. I guess, you want to know what type of fungi can be introduced or what type of water can be used for crop production/agricultural purpose. Generally Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, Phosphorus solubilizing fungi, Phosphatase and phytase producing fungi and cellulase, hemicellulase and lignase producing fungi are very effective in agricultural purpose. Your water should be clean, pH near neutral. traces of heavy metal or free from heavy metal, non-saline, non-pollutant for agricultural use.

For multiplication of fungi you must use sterilized distilled water for dilution as well as media preparation.

Kindly clarify your question. What is the purpose of experiment. Do you want to use fungi for antifungal activity or for biodegradation of organic waste to which saprophytic fungi can be used. For experimental purposes we sd use distilled water.
