I was synthesized a pyrazoline derivative, and while TLC, the spot was always blue and yellow that stuck together. Although i TLC it with various solvent, they were not separate.
You can try running TLC 2 or 3 times in a particular solvent to see separation.
You must try to run the TLC in lower % of the current ratio (or %) of solvent u r running it & try to run 2-3 times .Even you can try different solvents like methanol/DCM,ethyl acetate/hexane,chloroform /hexane that may help you.
In such cases mixed solvents with different proportions were helpful to resolve the proven. Try with such combinations such as hexane:ethyl acetate in different proportions like 6:1, 6:2 etc

Try to change the eluent ratios using CH2Cl2:n-hexane or CH2Cl2:pet. ether (40-60 0C or 60-80 0C) in ratio like 1:3 or 1:4.
