I am sure that your library and electronic resources list many implementations of solar hydrogen systems. However, if you examine them closely you will find they are all rather cumbersome and not very efficient overall. Do you want to research this or build a practical system? I advise the first. For the second, suggest you use silicon solar panels, a PV battery charger and lead acid battery storage. It's cheapest.
