Hi, Ramanujam! Good question! Firstly, enterprise and retail billing differ in the hierarchy structure. For example, in enterprise billing, the enterprise/firm is a parent account, and all employees are branches (children) under the firm's account. In retail billing, however, one of the persons in a household is the parent, and other members can be mapped under her/him. Secondly, the way contact address of the subscriber is stored in system will also vary. In enterprise billing, the person's office address (floor, desk, etc.) is usually the primary address (shown in the bill), and her/his residence address is the secondary address (stored in CRM, for verification purpose or hard collection in case required in future). On the contrary, for a retail customer, her/his residence address would be the primary address and office address the secondary address (if there at all). As a corollary, secondary address is usually must for corporate customers, but not for retail ones. Thirdly, the closed user group (CUG) code that allows free/discounted intra-calling between colleagues is critical. Not so much for retail customers.

Iam more interested on the Core Billing functionalities , how do they differ in terms of charging/rating & billing . are there any specific features which is present mostly in enterprise but not seen in Retail billing.
