How is a site class defined in terms of P-wave velocity ?

Shear wave velocity (Vs) of a site is defined as by weighted average of Vs of top 30m soil profile defined as Vs30. Vs30 is generally used as a proxy to define a site class. What is the equivalent definition in terms of P-wave velocity (Vp) ?
