by using converters to change one form then how to integrate the both above said renewable energy sources

The output from the wind can be converted to DC and bringing it to the same value of voltage as PV generation and you can combine them. you can convert the DC back to AC and utilize the power from both PV and Wind. Hope this may help you.. best of luck
the out put of solar and wind in the form of dc is connected bus bar ,but the output shows any one of source value . but Simulink not show any error give any suggestion or idea
wind power is AC convert it to DC say to 600 V DC.
Bring the PV output voltage to same 600 V DC level. you can connect them by making a common DC busbar.
