I am looking for articles about supply chain adaptability and adaptability of LSPs to customers` specific requirements. I will be grateful for any help.
just finished a chapter for a book which will be published soon which talks about innovations on sustainability for transportation. I noticed that most of my respondents were rather passive for change. Innovations were presented by suppliers or customers. I have an article in Logforum http://www.logforum.net/pdf/11_1_7_15.pdf which deals how LSP use strategy. This also showed a more passive approach. The LSP were more interested in the day-to-day struggle to meet the present requirements as with change.

Many Thanks for all valuable comments and suggestions which have led me to another question about connections between adaptability and flexability. I'd love to read an article about how this attributes affect on each other. Do you know any related papers?
