Dear friend; I have problem with Zview or other free software to fit equivalent circuit. Zview just pick up 15 point in my EIS text file. What should I do? I have tried other software such as Zsim or MEISP. All of them are Demo version and don't allow me to fit equivalent circuit on my data? Please suggest me a practical method. Thanks

It seems that the problem could be related to the text import procedure. I would suggest to carefully check the type of your data (i.e. delimited, fixed width etc.) and in particular the delimiters (i.e. tab, space etc.) of the original ascii file. Maybe some data has a specific form that Zview is unable to recognize and thus import it. In this case you might have to change the export settings on the software you use to record your data (if this is possible) or manually adjust the "misleading" characters.
Another possible solution could be to import the ascii file in excel (where you can more easily choose and adjust the proper delimiters), save it as ascii and import the new "corrected" ascii file to Zview.
You could also upload the ascii file to check it out for you if all of the above sound to complicated to you.

As I mentioned, my ZView version (3.4c) don't take all data point in my txt file. for example I have tried to open a file with 70 data points but it just picks 15 points. It is my serious problem. Also I receive this problem to:'' This program is operating in a Demonstration Mode. It requires access to...''. What could I do with these issues? I attach my impedance data file, please try it with your ZView program. It shoul be mentioned that I used Windows 7 on my laptop.

Cheng Luge The problem is to do with the version of Zview. Zview 3.5 only reads 15 data points. However, Zview 3.2 should be able to read all your data points (from my experience).
