Can any one help me to solve my problem ?..I had Gyroid and other irregular bone scaffold structures ( CT Data) in .STL file format in that i need to pass fluid through that structure in ANSYS CFD, if any one know the procedure please help me.
Not only ANSYS, if you know any other simulating software procedure to solve this problem, please try to post it.

I am also working with the same geometry. To overcome your problem, please convert your STL file into .iges or . stp file using Rhino (mesh correction/refinement) or any other software. I was facing the same problem, by the way I am doing stress analysis on gyroid structure. Hope this will help.

Have you converted the STL to IGES with Rhino? Can you add steps to understand.
Youtube video is available for step by step command. This required high computational memory. Other way is -open stl in freecad software-go to part module-convert stl mesh to solid-save as .stp/.iges.Spaceclaim in ansys 19 version is also helpful. These all need high end comptational facility.
