Dear colleagues
My research goal is making a film for wound dressing application by mixing (chitosan+sodium alginate) or (carboxymethylcellolose + chitosan). But immediately after mixing a stochiometric ratio of above mentioned polymers (1:1) we have Scrambled –egg model with large fibrils in it. We tried many methods such as pH control, different ratio, mixing rate,…. But we didn’t have a soluble and uniform film.
This is very kind of you if you can give me some advice.

Making the homogenious film is very very critcal tasl in research. Both the approaches of mixinng wilplf not be fruitul unles one understand the proper procedure (i.e. protocol of the chemical process).
