Dear colleagues

My research goal is making a film for wound dressing application by mixing (chitosan+sodium alginate) or (carboxymethylcellolose + chitosan). But immediately after mixing a stochiometric ratio of above mentioned polymers (1:1) we have Scrambled –egg model with large fibrils in it. We tried many methods such as pH control, different ratio, mixing rate,…. But we didn’t have a soluble and uniform film.

This is very kind of you if you can give me some advice.
