Application of the Flory Rehner equation would be the most straightforward way which as other have noted is a swelling study technique. Chi values are easily calculated from the solubility parameters.  If you decide to go this route but are uncertain what to do feel free to contact me further - Mark

 you can estimated it by the classic Flory swelling experiments.

alternatively, you can try to check the Tg changes (however maybe less sensitive than swelling measurements)
