Some samples from unsensitized patients as per history were negative on pooled bead assay, but positive by SAB assay using kits from Werfen. The kits don't detect DPB1 reactivity due to limitations of software. We have had positive reactions for HLA -Class I antibodies as shown in the Table.

I would go by history and if cell -base assays are negative and isolated positive as shown in Table it is of no consequence.
