I think Pd is relatively active for ORR and follow the 4-electron pathway with the formation of mostly Water and not much H2O2.
You can easily check this by RRDE experiment and calculate the amount of produced H2O2 at the ring.
Hatem is right. Pd, a most transition metals, catalyses the decomposition of H2O2, so that you will not get it using Pd as catalyst. Gold would be a better choice.

taking into account that this is Pd or Pt nanoparticles electrodeposited on graphite substrate, to a high concentration of O2, could we obtain the H2O2 for application in Electro-Fenton process??

Why do you want to form H2O2? What is the purpose? Cannot you use any other catalytic material? Why Pd?
Much easier to give an answer when one understands what for.
Pd is one of the most active materials for ORR (in acidic) after Pt and is used to replace the latter because of the issue of price. Thus, the activity and selectivity of Pd in 4e ORR is rather high as compared to other materials. This is evident. So, seems useless to apply Pt to produce H2O2.
As Elena mentioned, Pd is active for the 4 es pathway. For more H2O2 formation, you can just use carbon material, or if you need catalyst for consecutive reactions you might use Co oxide or perovskites.
