In my experimental mice model, I have F1 generation from both chow and obese mom. Once I feed them up with obese diet both F1 generation of chow and obese mom. I have noticed lesser inflammation in F1 generation from obese mom in comparison With chow F1 generation. What might influence them to have lesser inflammation, Is there cytokines to focus so i can trouble shoot this problem.
