I have a gene list from up and down regulated genes of microarray.
How can I import the output of my cytoscape or pathway studio network to the BioTapestry software?
And how can we combine two gene network in a network using BioTapestry?

To import your output, you need to start Biotapestry :
1. click on file
2.Select import
3. import root network from SIF
4. click ok
5. click ok again assuming you don't want to modify the default settings
6. Select your Cytoscape (SIF) file which is an interaction file from your directory or where it is located and then click on Open
Take a look at MyBionet to edit and merge biological networks on the Web. I am not familiar with how to do that on biotapestry. I believe you can merge in cytoscape if I am not mistaken
BioTapestry is one of the few softwares available and does a really good job interactively too. You could take a look at Pathvisio, Pathview and InCroMAP depending on your need and expertise.
