If a person requests the paper via RG, then you can share your RG link, provided your file is made public.

When you upload it at RG, they ask you if you want to post a public copy and if you have the right to do so.

Even if you chose the private option, you still can send it to who asked it, provided the person is in RG.

The paper itself should be in PDF form on your computer so that when you want to upload it under "Add New Research" option on your RG profile, it will come as PDF.

Alternatively, you could ask for the person's email address and send it to them by email.
