In communication and social psychology literature lot of discussion has been initiated, the affinity seeking behavior has also been observed in organizational settings by the working working around, in order to measure the extent of such behavior there must be existence of any scale, if some body knows about it please help me

This work focuses on consumer affinity but parts of it can surely be used in organizational setting I believe. Have a look!
Perhaps by identifying the indicators of such behavior, determining numerical scales and their qualitative description, observing their occurrence and analyzing the data.
Possible indicators- giving presents or sharing items, offering to lunch with, giving unsolicited advice- scale frequency of occurrence form 1-5, 6-10, 11-15, etc.
Affinity gets reflected from within & these gets reflected on our face resulting that face is our mirror ..Affinity shows positive attitude,sympathetic approach ,emotion approach for the disturbing personal problem of employees & such other behavior approach & guideline receive merciful line of action .This happy & healthy environment make the working atmosphere for employees receive beneficial result..This is my personal opinion
