Personally , I consider that ICTs are essential in the development of rural areas, both in economic, social and properly personal development of local population in these areas. Thanks to the use and application of ICTs local people can inmerse themselves in today's globalised world through innovative techniques. This grants greater professional, social and personal relationships autonomy, which finally contributes to increase the development of the territory.
