As the Stress rising linearly with strain at low stresses (elastic deformation); a long plateau stage with small increases of flow stress yielding large strains; and a densification stage where the cell walls come into contact one with another, causing the flow stress to increase rapidly.
Porosity increases because of the agglomeration and also because of the improper mixing of the powders. Secondly, might be after sintering the material swells which imparts porosity inside the composite. Porosity will not allow material to flow. There might be a sudden fracture in the material wherever the porosity is present.
