Seems you are new in icem so i suggested you that you just use the cfd version of icem and this can do it by setting and the product option and select CFD version only and then export mesh and use it over fluent .

It has to be converted into a .msh file.

Load mesh from blocking. Go to output tab click on 1st sub tab to choose solver . Then 2nd sub tab and accept. Then go to 4th tab and choose location for .msh file.

.msh file can be directly imported in fluent.
