How do you sterilize a poly I:C stock for TLR3 activation?

I used to order a sterilized poly I:C from Calbiochem, but they are out of stock for an indefinite period of time. I ordered lyophilized poly I:C from Sigma (P1530) but it turned out to be not sterile. I am worried about losing it to the membrane if I filter-sterilize the dissolved poly I:C. Does anyone have experience with filter-sterilizing poly I:C? Since it is a polynucleotide, I wonder if I can heat it up to >80C or even 95C to sterilize it (then anneal slowly afterwards)? Is inosinic acid stable at high temperature?
