I am running an ONIOM calculation using Gaussian 09, but the output / log file shows the "Inconsistency #1 in MMType error".
I tried with all possible changes in the input file, but was unable to rectify the error.
Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

This may be input error. You have had a change in point group, and you specified iop to try to avoid program crashing.

Your file contains elements of 80 (Hg?). I don't know your choice of MM force field. However, most of the MM force fields do not have parameters of Hg.

Looking at your structure, it seems that the two atoms with atomic number 80 are actually hydrogen atoms.
