I want to use FP studio 2.0 to show the bonds of the 3D structure. I can show Nd-O and Mn-Mn bonds, but I cannot show Mn-As bond (attached). It is very wired that the information of the Mn-As bond is in the .fst file but it can be shown. I attached my .fst file. Could anybody please advise where I made the mistake in the .fst file?

Dear Zhang,
I think the bond length between Mn-As need to be defined correctly. use
BOND Mn As 0.000 2.850 RADIUS 1.000 rather than
BOND Mn As 0.000 2.550 RADIUS 1.000
Increase the length from 2.550 to a value where bonds appear, then any length greater than that will work (2.850 is just a random value, I have chosen). See the modified .fst
