Dear Mallick,

Polymer Tg is around 60 deg. but with Tg how can i reduce the moisture levels in the polymer

If your polymer sample is absorbing the moisture after its synthesis what I think. In that case you simple put your sample at about 30-40 deg C in an Oven, your moisture will be reduced. Or you can put this polymer in a high vacuum chamber also.

It is very important to know about the chemical nature of the polymer in order to remove moisture completely. You have not mentioned the % of moisture as well as how polymer got moistened?
