Do u use special kind of glass slides, how do you level/flatten the molten agarose, how much volume of agarose do you use, if you dip your slides how do you achieve this (they drip off the slide as i pick it up from the beaker so if i put them horizontally right away there'll be much more agarose at the bottom than the top; not-level) for how long do you allow them to gelify before you add the cells
Which is better: the one layer agarose slide (cells+LMPA directly on regular slide) or two layered (cells+LMPA on slides coated with NMPA) or 3 layered (like 2 but with a final layer of LMPA on top to increase distance between cells and top surface of agarose)
