How do you notify authors of journal article on hearing loss that I am NOT a Author?

I am clearly not an author on this paper

If your question is related to researchgate then there is an option to delete publications from showing up on your homepage. When you click that option, researchgate asks you why and then you can submit "I did not author this publication"

A more aggressive technique would be to flag that publication as inappropriate and then mention as a comment the problem with the publication.
