How do you normalise ddPCR mRNA expression using 3 housekeeper genes?

I have gene expression data from skin cells before and after treatment, and I want to normalise the expression of these two samples against the expression of 3 housekeeper genes.

How would I go about doing this?

Hi Alex,

you can either choose the best (and most stable) single housekeeper gene for calculation or you can go with all of your genes.
