Extremely Premature infant's can lose up to 75gm H20/m2/hr and to overcome this they are nursed in high levels of incubator humidity. Does anyone know what device is appropriate to measure (Trans epidermal water loss) TEWL inside an incubator in humidity?

TEWL measurements and their performance are very different depending on methodology and scientific aim. There are three commonly applied instruments using "open-chamber" technique: The Evaporimeter, The Tewameter, and The Dermalab instrument, as well as closed chamber techniques such as The Aquaflux and the above mentioned Vapometer.
