I experienced some situations at limit between acute artherial/venous thrombosis and acute major bleeding (2g or 2rbc in24h) : hemoptysis in thromboembolic pulmonary infarct, melena and subsequent acute limb ischemia, GI bleeding in splancnic thrombosis. Is it correct an anticoagulant therapy during this events? With which drugs? In which doses? When bleeding and in which hemoglobin level must suspend anticoagulantion therapy? How can I measure which of the two conflicting events weigh more?
